M Social Hotel Paris

Friendly service, I enjoyed great food.

The employees were excellent and decent. The location for Paris was incredible and amazing, next to the all the shops and access to the subway, and paris best shopping area. 9th arr. District was definitely worth visiting.

Fairly clean hotel with highly courteous and knowledgeable staff from check-in to check-out. With early check-in and late check-out, this property was relaxing. Location excellent, in front of a bus stop.

The reception area and the restaurant,

Room was far too tiny for any degree of comfort. Bar closed at midnight, as did room service. Air conditioning was ineffective.

The location is perfect, 2 km from a Roman Catholic church. The restaurant is about 500 metres from here. Make sure to get twin room with an amazing view of the rooftops of Paris, balcony, for example.

The service and the facility are excellent except for quality and the cost of breakfast.

The location was great, but the breakfast selection was lacking and slow to refill.

Lobby is lovely hotel and we had a quiet room. Front desk staff was helpful.

Room was tired, cleaning people did not remove empty soda bottles, they did not replace milk or sugar for coffee. The base boards were dirty and dusty. Carpet needs to be replaced throughout hotel? Had drinks in the lobby and we placed an order once, we were not asked again if we would like seconds.

The room was very spacious and luxurious. We had a wonderful view of Paris. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfortable (and large!) and the room was very quiet.

I would have very much appreciated free or more affordable internet acess.

The location is unbeatable for sightseeing, especially with a visit to the fine Palais Garnier opera house just around the corner. My kids loved that! The room was cozy, and Igor in the bar delivered really good service with fantastic cocktails.

My kids wished for more accessible family rooms. It would be great if the hotel offered more space for belongings.

Location and old French style

Maintenance has been neglected - it's now very tired. Breakfast, phone and internet are way over priced compared other French Hotels we have used on this trip

Can recommend for a date night

Charming ambiance, convenient location, with easy access to the metro, great to explore attractions with minimal hassle, and the staff was helpful in accommodating our early arrival.

Could not be improved in any way.
